Exchanges and Returns must be received within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Shipping fees for all returns are the responsibility of the consumer.
GOURMET offers Free Ground shipping on all Exchanges within the Continental US. For Exchanges outside of the Continental US, standard shipping charges will apply. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. GOURMET does not refund shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Sale Items are eligible for Exchange Only and must be returned within 10 days of the date of your receipt.
Physical Retail Store and Other Online Retail Purchases unfortunately cannot be accepted for Exchanges or Refunds from Gourmetfootwear.com.
